Planning meeting for Festpac About the Festival The Festival of Pacific Arts & Culture (FESTPAC) is the world’s largest celebration of indigenous Pacific Islanders, drawing artists, cultural practitioners, scholars and officials from member nations of the Pacific Community (SPC). The Council received Fiji’s expression of interest (EOI) for the 14th Festival of Pacific Arts inwhich was supported unanimously by the Council, and looks forward to receiving Fiji’s full bid at the 28 th Council meeting in   The new strategy will be presented at the 30th Meeting of the Council of Pacific Arts and Culture and 5th Ministers of Pacific Culture Meeting on June for approval.
